By accessing or using Job Yanga, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You are responsible for making sure the information you use to create and maintain your account is accurate. You are also responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under your account.
3. What Job Yanga provides
Job Yanga helps users build a profile, discover jobs, maintain an interested shortlist, and use AI-assisted application tools. The service may change over time as features are updated, added, or removed.
4. Job listings and external applications
Job Yanga may show jobs from third parties or other external sources. We do not guarantee that every listing is accurate, up to date, available, or suitable for you. If you leave Job Yanga to apply on another site, that site’s terms and privacy policy will apply.
5. AI-generated outputs
Job Yanga offers AI-assisted outputs such as fit checks, tailored CV content, application letters, and interview prep material. These outputs are for support only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use them.
Job Yanga does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be error-free, complete, or right for a specific employer, industry, or legal requirement.
6. No guarantee of employment
Using Job Yanga does not guarantee interviews, callbacks, offers, or employment. The service is a tool to support job discovery and application preparation. It is not a job placement service.
7. Credits and in-app purchases
Job Yanga may offer free daily AI usage and may also sell consumable credits through in-app purchases. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and can only be used in the service as described at the time of purchase.
Purchases and refunds may also be subject to the rules of Apple App Store, Google Play, or another payment platform. Job Yanga may reject, reverse, or withhold credit grants if we detect fraud, abuse, failed verification, or duplicate transactions.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, scrape the platform, or attempt to bypass security controls.
- Do not submit false, misleading, or abusive content.
- Do not try to manipulate credits, purchases, or recommendation behaviour dishonestly.
- Do not use Job Yanga in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
9. Intellectual property
Job Yanga, including its branding, software, design, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Job Yanga. These terms do not give you ownership of any part of the service.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to Job Yanga if we believe you have broken these terms, created legal or security risk, abused the service, or engaged in fraud.
11. Disclaimers
Job Yanga is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy of listings, or that the service will meet every user’s expectations or business needs.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Job Yanga and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on job listings or AI-generated content.
13. Changes to the service or terms
We may update the service and these terms over time. When we update these terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date on this page. If you keep using the service after the updated terms take effect, the new version will apply.
14. Governing law and contact
