Delete your account in the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Job Yanga app. Make sure you are signed in, then follow these steps:
- Open the Job Yanga app and sign in if you are not already.
- Tap the Settings tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Scroll down to the Account section.
- Tap Delete Account (shown in red).
- A Delete account? confirmation appears. Tap Delete account to confirm.
- Your account is permanently deleted and you are signed out automatically.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone, so only confirm if you are sure.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your Job Yanga account, profile, applications, credits history, and saved job activity. Your sign-in is also removed, so you will no longer be able to log in with that account.
Can't sign in? Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app or sign in, email hello@kondisoftworks.com with the subject line Delete My Job Yanga Account and include:
- The email address linked to your Job Yanga account.
- Your full name, if that helps us identify the correct account faster.
- Any extra details that help us find the account you want deleted.
We may need to verify your identity before we can act on an email request.
What deletion means
Once your account is deleted, we delete or anonymise your account data unless we need to keep specific records for legal compliance, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, security, or other legitimate operational reasons described in our privacy policy.
Records we may still keep
We may still need to keep some limited records for a period of time, such as purchase verification history, security logs, fraud-related evidence, or records we need to comply with the law or resolve disputes.
